With the help and input of Putnam's leadership and our local Regional Consultants, this group will represent both clients and "critics." We seek to listen and learn as well as to add value by engaging thought leaders from both inside and outside our organization. We are looking for maximum feedback, and we will track the content of each meeting and ""report out"" to the Council on the plan for each idea presented. Our focus will be on ideas we can adopt and execute. If an idea is not implemented, we will report back to the group on the specific reason why. Our sessions will be moderated and will provide for an open exchange with all participants; 2022 PROGRAM OVERVIEW: As the financial advisory business rapidly evolves, Putnam remains committed to evolving with it. To best serve the advisors of the future, Putnam must begin addressing their anticipated needs and challenges today. Selected by Putnam Regional Consultants and senior leadership, this diverse group of council members represents the future of the financial advisory business as a whole. Participants are asked for a one-year commitment to the program, which includes attendance at four two-hour quarterly meetings that will take place in March, June, September, and November. Meetings will initially be scheduled as virtual events, with the hope of hosting an in-person meeting later in the year. During this program, the group will have multiple opportunities to meet with and hear from Putnam's senior leadership.
