Mr. Perkins is the President and Managing Member of Consolidated Life Producers, which is located at 33 Main Street, Suite 201, Nashua, NH 03064. Consolidated Life Producers provides fixed annuities and fixed life insurance products. Mr. Perkins started with Consolidated Life Producers in January 2000. In this role, Mr. Perkins assists and advises producers on fixed annuities and fixed life insurance products. Serving in this role provides a substantial source of Mr. Perkins' income and involves a substantial amount of his time. Mr. Perkins devotes approximately 150 hours per month or approximately 8 hours per day during typical securities trading hours (i.e., 9 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday) to Consolidated Life Producers. Mr. Perkins anticipates being able to devote his full attention to both Independence Financial Advisors, LLC and Consolidated Life Producers during the work day.
