IIC Capital/ Purpose Driven Capital - Effective December 5, 2025, DiFi Advisory has an agreement with Purpose Driven Capital under which we receive a flat $2,000 fee for each qualified introduction we make to Purpose Driven Capital or a fund it sponsors/advises. The fee is paid by Purpose Driven Capital (or an affiliate) and is earned upon a qualifying introductory meeting and is not contingent on whether any prospect invests. This creates a conflict of interest because we have a financial incentive to introduce Purpose Driven Capital. We mitigate this conflict by recommending any Purpose Driven Capital fund only when we reasonably believe it is in the client’s best interest, providing advance written disclosure, and considering reasonably available alternatives. National Center for Victims of Crime - non investment-related, 7400 Buchanan Street Hyattsville, MD 20784, national resource center for victims of crimes, on-call victim advocate support, 11/12/24, approx. 1-10 hours per month, 1-3 hours per month, answer calls, texts, and chats to provide resources to victims of crimes nationally.
