Mr. Luettgerodt is the owner of The Aclaime Group Management, LLC, the manager and parent of The Aclaime Group, LLC. The Aclaime Group, LLC is the parent entity of White Glass Lending, LLC, Aclaime Capital Partners, LLC, Aclaime Dynamics, LLC, Aclaime Ventures, LLC and other related entities. The Aclaime Group is also the parent entity of the General Partner. Ownership of these entities is done in conjunction and collaboration with his management of the Partnership and takes up to 50% of his time, but are done in collaboration with the services they provide for the Adviser. As stated above, Mr. Luettgerodt, as indirect owner of White Glass Lending, LLC, receives compensation related to the origination and servicing of loans originated by those entities and as such, may have a conflict of interest when those loans are funded in whole, or in part, by the Partnership. Mr. Luettgerodt is the Interim Chief Executive Officer and Director of Obeo, Inc. This requires approximately thirty percent (30%) of his time. In addition, Mr. Luettgerodt is a manager of Aclaime Dynamics, LLC, a real estate development company currently engaged in the development of a mixed use development in Bluffdale, Utah. This requires approximately ten percent (10%) of Mr. Luettgerodt's time. Mr. Luettgerodt has also engaged in various forms of real estate investing on a personal basis. Such investments include buying, managing and disposing of rental and income properties through various entities wholly owned by Mr. Luettgerodt.
