Trust, trustee of GLH Family Trust, GL Hartland 2009 Trust, Representative of G.G. personal estate in her will, Living will and healthcare surrogate, Durable power of attorneyThese entities are family trusts owned by a dear friend that happens to be a client of mine. the trusts receive distributions from their operating business which is in the electrical whole sale space and operates in the US and 6 other countries. we dont manage any of the trusts funds here at ubs as the distributions are used to meet lifestyle needs as can be seen in the account activity. wires for outside expense, paying cc, etc. the 3 listed trusts above in the name of entity question are all here at UBS and can provide account details if necessary, i would be a trustee that would either be 2 or 3rd in line, so not primary at this moment. my role, if it were to come to me, would be to execute the wishes of (client) as outlined in her trust etc. that we would be happy to provide drafts if need be for further clarity. i dont have a start date below (put in Jan 1 2022 as place holder as its required) as they havent been executed as both their counsel and myself said that we needed to run this roll by compliance at UBS first prior to anything be executed, Startdate-1/1/2022, DallasTexasUnited States-75219.
