Annie C Charters, LLC is a single member managed LLC organized primarily for the purpose of serving as a holding company for personal investments. Assets include a residential property that is used exclusively for personal use. The LLC owns a sportfishing charter boat that conducts occasional for-hire charters. On those trips, the boat is operated by a professional crew. My participation is limited to after-hours or vacation time. The LLC also owns a passive minority investor interest in an industrial building in Richmond, VA. This LLC was created approximately 13 years ago. I am not involved in the day to day management of the commercial real estate. None of these investments require a commitment of time during working/trading hours.
