Specifically, to the extent that Pamela Diamond, CPA/PFS provides accounting and/or tax preparation services to any clients, including clients of Creative Wealth Builders, all such services shall be performed by Pamela Diamond, CPA/PFS, in its individual professional capacity, independent of Creative Wealth Builders, for which services Creative Wealth Builders shall not receive any portion of the fees charged by Pamela Diamond, CPA/PFS, referral or otherwise. It is expected that the members of Pamela Diamond, CPA/PFS, solely incidental to their respective practices as Certified Public Accountants with Pamela Diamond, CPA/PFS, shall recommend Creative Wealth Builders' services to certain of Pamela Diamond, CPA/PFS's clients. No client of Creative Wealth Builders is under any obligation to use the services of Pamela Diamond, CPA/PFS. Creative Wealth Builders' Chief Compliance Officer, Pamela Diamond, remains available to address any questions that a client or prospective client may have regarding the above arrangement and any corresponding perceived conflict of interest such arrangement may create.
