I serve as a director for a privately held family business, an electronics/audio visual systems integrator, based in Singapore. The company is called Electronics and Engineering Pte Ltd (www.enepl.com.sg) and is located at 285 Outram Road Singapore 169069. The company is not investment related since it specializes in installation and servicing of professional audio equipment such as in auditoriums and stadiums. To retain family involvement in the business, the board of directors is also comprised of my father's and my own siblings. I have served on the board of directors since 2004 and do not receive compensation for this role. I spend approximately 1-2 hours per quarter which is typically not during US market hours. I do not have an economic interest in the issuer. The investment strategy I pursue for North Rock Capital Management, LLC is focused on publicly traded energy and real estate.
