ANDREW CARRILLO IS A LICENSED INSURANCE AGENT AND MANAGING MEMBER OF BARNETT CAPITAL INSURANCE, LLC, FOR WHICH HE RECEIVES COMMISSIONS. Andrew Carrillo is the manager of Barnett U.S. Equity Fund LP, a private fund. Barnett will recommend investments in this private fund to those clients for which investment in the fund is suitable. This presents a conflict of interest in that Barnett or its related persons may receive more compensation from investment in the fund than from other investments. Nevertheless, Barnett acts in the best interest of the client consistent with its fiduciary duties and clients are not required invest in the private fund if they do not wish to do so.
