Robert Friedman is the sole member of Premier International SAF (PISAF), a New Jersey LLC. PISAF owns publicly traded securities solely for Mr. Friedman’s account. Mr. Friedman has been a sole member of PISAF since April 2012. Mr. Friedman is also the sole member of Meryl Investments YSF (Meryl), a Delaware LLC. Mr. Friedman has been a sole member of Meryl since June 2026. Mr. Friedman intends Meryl to become the successor of LLC to PISAF. Mr. Friedman is also a trustee and sole beneficiary of the Robert Elliot Friedman Trust (the Trust). The Trust owns passive, publicly traded securities solely for the Trust’s account. The Trust is also a limited partner in a private equity fund. Mr. Friedman has been a trustee and sole beneficiary of the Trust since July 1993.
