1.) Elite NIL, Inc.; Co-Founder and CEO; Nov 2021 to present; Elite NIL is a college sports marketing agency. I have a partner who negotiates most of the deals. I manage the finances and bookkeeping for the business. I work about 7 hours a week here total. During trading hours I devote about 2 hours per week. 2.) 315 Foundation, Inc.; Co-Founder and President; June 2022 - present; The 315 Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit that matches Syracuse University Athletes with other 501c3 charities. The athletes are compensated for their promotion of, or work with other charities. I meet with athletes, charities, and donors. We have a board of 3 Members who manage the foundation. Additionally all back-office functions are handled by a third-party accounting firm, Bonadio Group. I work about 8 hours per week for the 315 Foundation. During trading hours I may devote about 3 hours a week. 3.) Trio Seed Partners, LP; General Partner; Sept 2009 - Present; Trio is a private equity fund. This fund was set up for the participation of Trio's three partners only. I spend less then 1 hour per week on average working for Trio completing bookkeeping and monitoring of our investments. All of Trio's private equity investments are passive and do not require management by Trio's partners. 4.)
