Mr. David Lewis is a past director of the CFA Society of Dallas/Ft. Worth and CFA Society Seattle, serves on an advocacy council and is one of twelve elected Presidents Council Representatives to the CFA Institute's Board of Governors. He also is an appointed Director on the Texas Statewide Healthcare Council. These activities are of a volunteer nature thus he does not receive any compensation in connection this activity.
