1) Trinity School of Maryland | Investment Related:No||Education|Board Chair|2023-07-01|Less than 20|0| Board Chair, serve as Board Chair for an 8 member board. Trinity School serves Pre-k - 8th graders. My children previously attended the school for 10 years each, before graduating to high school (2023 & 2025). I joined the Board as a Trustee at large in 2018. I became the Chair in 2023. This is the 3rd of 4th year of service as Chair. In one year, I will be replaced as Chair, and will take a position at large as a Trustee on the Board, at that time. My role includes about 5 hours of my time, outside of work, per month. In addition to running the Board meetings and the Executive Committee, I participate in the Finance Committee and Mission and Ministry Committee. I do not have access to any funds, nor do I direct any investments, nor communications with our 3rd party providers. As a member of the Finance committee, I am a part of a group who approves the annual budget, determines annual tuition increases/discounts, and any salary scale changes that take place for the faculty/staff, every 3-5 years. The Board does not get involved in the day to day management of the school.
