Because Mr. Dignan is an independent Investment Advisor Representative of Highland Investment Management, LLC, the primary purpose of Next Chapter Financial Planning, LLC is to serve as the formal entity that coordinates all of Mr. Dignan's independent business operations for his professional endeavors and insurance activities. As such, Next Chapter Financial Planning, LLC does not provide a substantial source of income and does not involve a substantial amount of time. Next Chapter Financial Planning, LLC is not a registered investment advisor. Robert Dignan is insurance licensed in the State of Wisconsin. As an insurance agent he is licensed in a manner that allows him to offer various insurance products and services for which he will receive a commission. Clients are under no obligation to purchase insurance products through him. The commissions for the sale of insurance products and services do not provide a substantial source of income and do not involve a substantial amount of time. Robert Dignan is an elected member of the School Board for the East Troy Community School District, for a term that began in April 2019, and will end in April 2022. At that time, Mr. Dignan may seek reelection, and if successful would begin a new three-year-term.
