I am the treasurer for the Portland Basketball Officials Association (PBOA) with a start date of July 1, 2020. The PBOA is not investment-related. Rather, the PBOA provides officials for local middle and high school basketball teams. I expect to spend 10 hours per month on average fulfilling my duties as treasurer. These duties include managing the finances of the organization. I do not anticipate working on treasurer related business during normal trading hours. In addition, I also officiate basketball games year round in the evenings and on weekends. In a normal week, I would spend 1-10 hours officiating.
