Barry University, 11300 NE 2nd Avenue, Miami Shores, FL 33161. Barry University is a Catholic institution of higher education founded in 1940 by the Adrian Dominican Sisters. Grounded in the liberal arts tradition, Barry University is a scholarly community committed to the highest academic standards in undergraduate, graduate and professional education. My volunteer role as Board of Trustee (2003 - Present) is to help the university grow in the community and make others aware of the quality higher education institution we are. I am currently Chairman of the Universities Investment Committee. My role as Chairman is to lead the Investment Committee in evaluating the performance of each institution managing the endowment.
