Best Investors Daily Advisor News tracked a net regulatory AUM contraction of -$237M across existing filers and an overall net flow of -$693M on August 13, 2026. Advancing firms added $177.6M while decliners lost $414.6M. Deregistrations removed an additional $561M across four exiting firms.
TSFG, LLC led the decliners after shedding $354.4M (-35.5%) to land at $642.8M, accompanied by DEEPWATER ASSET MANAGEMENT, LLC which dropped $60.2M (-9.6%) to $566.5M. On the upside, WINDWARD MANAGEMENT LP gained $81.1M (+73.3%) to reach $191.6M, 442 CAPITAL PTY LTD rose $75M (+50%) to $225M, and AMERICAN VENTURES IM LLC climbed $21.5M (+2.6%) to $835.2M.
Among newly reported entities, HAWS FINANCIAL PLANNING LLC registered with $105M in regulatory AUM. On the departures board, VOLT INVESTMENT HOLDINGS LLC ($383.5M), MIURA GLOBAL MANAGEMENT, LLC ($150.2M), and FLATIRON FUND MANAGEMENT LP ($27.3M) headlined the day's deregistration activity.
