Anthony only conducts investment related business as a registered adviser representative of Petrilli Capital. Since August 2009, Anthony is also the Chief Executive Officer of ViewTrade Holding Corporation, a private corporation, and Chief Executive Officer of its wholly owned subsidiary Orbis Systems Inc. Orbis Systems provides technology products and services to financial firms. Anthony spends approximately 200 hours per month and 90% of the trading day to his CEO duties at ViewTrade Holding Corporation and Orbis Systems Inc. Anthony has a minority ownership interest in ViewTrade Holding Corporation, which in addition to owning Orbis Systems Inc, owns a U.S. registered broker dealer, ViewTrade Securities Inc. Petrilli Capital (1) has no affiliation, no ownership interest in, and no business dealings with ViewTrade Holding Corporation and its wholly owned subsidiaries (collectively, the "entities"); (2) does not conduct shared operations with the entities, (3) does not refer clients or business to the entities, and the entities do not refer prospective clients or business to Petrilli Capital; (4) does not share premises with the entities or share any supervised persons with the broker dealer subsidiary; (5) non of the entities have custody of any of Petrilli Capital's client's assets; 5) Anthony is not involved in the supervision of the brokerage subsidiary's regulated activities (6) and Petrilli Capital has no reason to believe that Anthony's relationship with the entities otherwise creates a conflict of interest with Petrilli Capital and Petrilli Capital's clients.
