I hold a current state of Florida life and annuity insurance agent license but have not sold insurance since 2014 and have no licensing with any insurance companies. My wife and I have filed on April 26, 2021 to form Florida LLC Corporation named Destin Classic Car Rentals, LLC (hereafter DCCR). I personally own several Classic Cars and my wife wishes to rent these cars out on a short term basis through a national service operated by a major automobile related company named Hagerty and through their program named DriveShare. My wife, Gwen Hornsby is the legal Registered Agent of DCCR and will operate the service and company. I am registered with Florida Secretary of State as an Associated Person in the LLC, which will give me legal authority to file any needed forms with the state. The business is not investment related and will simply rent classic cars that I own. The business is registered to our home address 26 Melody Lane, Freeport, Fl. I do not anticipate using any of my time in this business. Classic cars are a hobby of mine and Gwen felt renting them out from time to time might be profitable. Gwen will run the day to day business and I will contribute my cars' use for this business. Gwen anticipates the first rental efforts to begin on or about June 10th, 2021. I'll be operating Hornsby Asset Management, LLC and carrying out my Registered Investment Advisory fiduciary responsibilities 100% of my professional time daily as I always have. My wife and I will each own 50% of this LLC. On 5/18/2021 my wife, Gwen J. Hornsby, and I filed forms with Florida Secretary of State corporations division as AMBR's, Associated Members, for Destin Classic Car Rentals, LLC, as equal co-owners of the endeavor.
