As of June 1, 2026, Mr. Jerome will serve as a member of the Investment Committee for the Rabbi Gary A. Glickstein Foundation of Temple Beth Sholom, 4144 Chase Avenue, Miami Beach, Florida 33140. The Foundation is a tax-exempt endowment which funds staffing, programs, and capital expenditures for the synagogue. In this role, Mr. Jerome will provide guidance on investment decisions for the Foundation. He will attend four meetings a year remotely and these will take place outside of securities trading hours. Mr. Jerome will not receive any sort of compensation for this activity.
