I am 100% owner of Albatrox Holdings, LLC, a Delaware LLC incorporated on 11-13-2020 for any legal purpose. Albatrox Holdings is 100% owner of Albatrox Woodlands, LLC, a Wisconsin LLC incorporated on 1-19-2021. I am the authorized officer of Albatrox Woodland. Albatrox Woodlands owns my real estate portfolio in Wisconsin and I passively manage as an out of state investor. I devote about 3 hours / month total to the two LLC and none are during trading hours. Both LLC has the same address as my Bellevue WA address.
