I am the owner of Torq Holdings LLC, an e-commerce consumer goods business. The business is not investment-related. It is located at 249 S Hwy 101 #321, Solana Beach, CA 92075. The business started in May of 2018. I am currently in the process of selling all business assets and ceasing operations. Once the sale is final, the buyer will require a maximum of 3 hours from me every month for the first year. Any support requests made by the buyer will not be urgent and can be handled during off hours. The nature of the support will most likely be emailing over any files and photos that fall through the cracks during the initial transition.
