CBM PROPERTIES Inc. -of which have ownership owns 7 Rental Properties. Six in the Atlanta Metro Area and one near the Delaware shore in Millsboro DE. The Millsboro property is currently rented we plan to live their during retirement. I spend less than 2 hours per week on Real Estate Management during Market Trading Hours.. I also offer Business Brokerage Services which provides me with new potential Money Management Clients. I spend about 10 hours per week on this during Trading Hours. I also offer Annuities and Insurance to my Money Mngt Clients through a third party FMO. This is offered as my Money Mangt Clients ask for this service. I spend less than 4 hours per week during Market Hours on this - this is directly related to and supplements my Money Mngt Business. 3 I also hold a Delaware real estate license. I spend less than one hour per week on this during trading hours.
