Robert W. Mitchell, III owns interests in commercial real estate LLCs as follows: 19 First Street LLC, 309 West Maple LLC, 5221 Baltimore Avenue LLC, 5223 Baltimore Avenue LLC, 5301 Baltimore Avenue LLC, Robert Mitchell LLC, Mitchell & Webb LLC, Mitco Chevy Chase LLC, Mitco Mill Street LLC, Mitco Nursery Road LLC, Mitco Patterson LLC, Mitco Pizza LLC, Mitco RG I LLC, Mitco RG II LLC, Mitco Shenandoah LLC, Mitco Shenandoah II LLC, Mitco V LLC, RMHL LLC, and Wilson and Oakland LLC. These are all commercial real estate investments. My address is the address of record for the LLCs. I am a member with an ownership interest of 50% or more in all entities, with the exception of a 40% interest in the three Baltimore Avenue properties. The amount of time per month varies (50-90 hours per month). The number of hours devoted to these other businesses during trading hours varies. I would estimate two to three hours during trading hours. I communicate with tenants, pay invoices, collect rent, negotiate with vendors/tenants, and negotiate buy/sell/leases for the LLCs. Other private investments are as follows: Dillon Lakes LLC, Tupelo Gastonia LLC, Inventive Labs Corporation, Moon Holdings Fund I, Inspire Semiconductor Inc., Stage Fund I LP, Throne Labs Inc., Vertalo-Venture 360 LLC, and Up Ashburn LLC. They are all investments. The investment addresses are too voluminous to list. These businesses are in many different industries. I am a member, limited partner, or a shareholder, depending on the structure of the business. I spend no time on these investments.
