National Association for Armenian Studies and Research (NAASR). I serve as an unpaid volunteer member of the investment sub-committee for NAASR's endowment fund. NAASR's address is 395 Concord Ave. Belmont MA. I interact with the sub-committee via either Zoom or telephone from my home. I was invited to join the sub-committee in 2015. I give about half an hour to one hour of my time every month. I devote no time to this voluntary activity during trading hours. My role is to offer my non-binding opinions on the investment proposals that are offered to the sub-committee by NAASR's outside investment advisory firm. I have no affiliation with the outside investment advisory firm.
