1. Mr. Bond is a licensed insurance agent of True Capital Insurance Services, LLC ("TCIS"), an affiliated insurance company of the Adviser, licensed in CA, FL, TX and NY. Mr. Bond is not compensated in any manner for providing or recommending any service of TCIS to any clients of the Adviser. While the Adviser and Mr. Bond's endeavors at all times are to put the interests of its clients first, the affiliated relationship between TCIS and the Adviser inherently creates a conflict of interest as both entities are under common control.
