The Starkie Pension Plan was established by Mr Thomas Starkie's parents in 1981 for their (i.e., Mr Thomas Starkie's parents') benefit and they (i.e., Mr Thomas Starkie's parents) were two of the original trustees. On 22 November 2025, Mr Thomas Starkie was appointed as a trustee - and beneficiary - of The Starkie Pension Plan. The Starkie Pension Plan is a UK Small Self-Administered (Pension) Scheme ("SSAS"). SSAS are required to have a registered employer which, in this case, is TC & AF Starkie Management Services Limited, a UK incorporated company. Mr Thomas Starkie became a director (and shareholder) of this company on 24 November 2025.
