Full time employment at Suncrest Real Estate & Land as a senior financial analyst. Suncrest is a master plan developer and primarily purchases land to sell either engineered lots or developed lots to either other developers or national home builders. My primary role is to manage the financial side of a several existing projects in terms of updating our budgets/proformas. I also work on putting together new models for our pipeline deals to determine if they are viable options to pursue. I am also involved in conversations about raising capital for the deals both equity and debt. I started at Suncrest in July 2022 and I work 40+ hours per week on this role. The address is 2720 East Camelback Rd #280 Phoenix AZ 85016 but I work remotely from my home in Sister Bay WI.
