Mr. Oetter is employed by Twin Springs Family Office & Charitable Foundation, an investment-related business, on a contract basis for administrative work. Mr. Oetter was formerly the CIO for Twin Springs, but in November 2019 he resigned as CIO, and continues to work as an independent contractor for the firm.
