IN ADDITION TO MY RESPONSIBILITIES AT EMW CAPITAL ADVISORS, I AM ALSO THE CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER OF BOBBY COX COMPANIES, INC. "BCC" (A NON INVESTMENT-RELATED ACTIVITY). BCC IS A HOLDING COMPANY WITH OPERATIONS IN RESTAURANTS, REAL ESTATE AND RANCHING. THE ADDRESS OF BCC IS 5000 OVERTON PLAZA, FORT WORTH, TX 76109. I ASSUMED THESE DUTIES IN JUNE 2018. I WORK APPROXIMATELY 45 HOURS WEEKLY AT BCC, ALL OF WHICH INCLUDE NORMAL TRADING HOURS. MY EMPLOYER IS AWARE OF EMW CAPITAL ADVISORS AS AN OUTSIDE ACTIVITY TO BCC AND ALLOWS FOR TRADING TIME DURING NORMAL SECURITIES TRADING HOURS. I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FUNCTIONS PERFORMED BY THE ACCOUNTING, HR, AND IT MANAGERS. Additionally, I became the Treasurer for CNR, Inc. in May of 2021. CNR, Inc. is a holding company with interests in various chemical manufacturing and distribution businesses. These activities take about 2-3 hours per week during trading hours.
