I've been a sole proprietor since March 2011, DBA Cagle Insurance. I hold Life/Health/Accident insurance licenses. I am licensed in MO & KS but dropped OK intentionally. Under these licenses, I write non-investment related & nonsecurites business: All types of Medicare products, various health insurance, and (non-variable) life and annuities. As of 10/04/21, I became incorporated as the sole owner of - The Peak Financial Services, LLC / DBA Cagle Insurance. The address remains 742 Magnolia Ave., Excelsior Springs, MO 64024-2024. I work throughout the year enrolling clients. Servicing clients may be handled by myself or another agent on staff. Office hours are (M-F, 9-5 CT), although concurrent with securities trading hours, these appointments can often be scheduled during the evening, weekend hours, or with another agent. I average 15-20 hours a week outside the fall enrollment season.
