I have been a Director and the Fund/Investment manager for The Avalon Fund, a private fund registered in the Cayman Islands since November 3, 1997. Since July 28, 2014, I have been managing the fund individually. The address of the Avalon Fund is Maples Corporate Services Limited, PO Box 309, Ugland House, Grand Cayman, KY1-1104, Cayman Islands. The fund is a balanced fund investing in listed equity and debt securities. As the investment manager, I receive a 1% management fee and a 15% year-end performance fee on capital appreciation above 3-month LIBOR on a quarterly compounded basis, subject to high water mark. I spend approximately 56 hours per month on this activity, 40 of which are during trading hours. This activity does not interfere with responsibilities to 3Summit.
