Lawrence Russell and Company pursues other non-advisory lines of business within the Lawrence Russell and Company partnership. Therefore, the following are the same for these other business lines: 1) name of the business, 2) address of the business, 3) my position and title, and 4) the starting date of my involvement in the business. I am the architect and developer of the VeriPlan lifetime financial planning software product that has been licensed over the Internet to do-it-yourself home users since 2007 by Lawrence Russell and Company. In addition, since 2003, I have written, published, and promoted general interest financial articles and/or ebooks on a variety of websites owned by Lawrence Russell and Company. Furthermore, Lawrence Russell has published third party advertisements on our websites primarily though the Google Adsense advertising service. The nature of these other business lines are non-advisory and non-investment related, and they are conducted separately from the regulated advisory business of Lawrence Russell and Company. These other activities are disclosed as being separate from our regulated financial and investment planning activities. During the average month, I typically spend half-time or approximately 80 hours per month on these other activities. On a daily basis, during trading hours, I typically spend about two to three hours on these other activities. Doing so has no impact on any financial and investment advisory client, since Lawrence Russell and Company does not manage the assets of any client.
