Magma Holdings, LLC This is a residential property management company for two rental properties and is not investment-related. The business address is my home address: 3189 Zebroid Way, New Hill NC 27562. I am the owner of the business and I have owned it since 2003 when we bought our first rental property however the business entity wasn't created until 2004. I devote 5-10 hours per month on this business primarily on evenings and weekends. I am responsible for collecting rent, paying bills and addressing any maintenance issues that come up.
