Benjamin Schmid operates a separate coaching and consulting practice, Generational Family Partners LLC (GFP). These services are offered through a business that is separate and distinct from Ketwich Capital LLC and are not investment advisory services. No investment recommendations are made in this coaching entity. GFP is operated independently of Ketwich's investment advisory activities. Ketwich Capital clients are not obligated, contractually or otherwise, to use the services of Generational Family Partners and are welcome to seek substitute coaching services elsewhere. GFP clients may, at their discretion, engage Ketwich for investment advisory services, for which Mr. Schmid would receive compensation in accordance with the Ketwich Capital ADV. Ketwich Capital LLC has implemented policies and procedures designed to ensure that the time devoted to the coaching practice does not interfere with Ketwich's ability to fulfill its fiduciary duties and obligations to advisory clients. Ketwich reviews outside business activities at least annually to assess whether such activities interfere with the Ketwich's responsibilities to advisory clients.
