The Partners of Loring, Wolcott & Coolidge Fiduciary Advisors, LLP are primarily engaged in the business of managing fiduciary (trust) accounts. In most instances the Partners are named individually to serve as Trustees, subject to the customary fiduciary duties. The Partners serve as Directors of Loring, Wolcott & Coolidge Office, Inc. and as Managers of Loring, Wolcott & Coolidge Trust, LLC, a New Hampshire chartered non-depository trust company. The Trust Company provides custody and administration services for accounts on which the Partners serve as Trustees or Investment Advisors. No effort has been made to allocate time spent on different activities as fiduciary: investment and administrative services are considered inter-related by the Trustees/Partners. Mr. Appleton has been involved with the Colonial Society of Massachusetts, serving as Assistant Treasurer since 2021. The Colonial Society is a non-profit institution supporting publications on colonial Massachusetts located at 87 Mt. Vernon Street, Boston MA 02108. Mr. Appleton assists with the management of the finances and devotes approximately five hours a month to these duties, all of which occur during trading hours. Since 2007, Mr. Appleton has served as the Treasurer of the New England Quarterly, a journal of New England cultural, literary, political, and social history located at UMass Boston, 100 Morrissey Blvd., Boston MA 02125. Mr. Appleton manages the finances of the New England Quarterly and devotes approximately two hours a month to these duties, all of which occur during trading hours. Mr. Appleton serves on the Board and teh Finance Committee of Revolutionary Spaces, an organization formed from the merger of the Old South Meeting House and the Bostonian Society, historic landmarks located at 310 Washington Street, Boston MA 02108. Mr. Appleton has been involved with the Old South Meeting House since 2010, devoting about two hours per month during trading hours. Since 2010, Mr. Appleton has served the Paul Revere Memorial Association, first as Assistant Treasurer and as Treasurer since 2020. The organization maintains the Paul Revere House, an historic landmark located at 19 North Square, Boston MA 02113. Mr. Appleton manages with the finances of the Paul Revere Memorial Association and devotes approximately five hours a month to these duties, all of which occur during trading hours. Since 2017, Mr. Appleton has served as a consultant to the Andover Companies, an insurance company located at 95 Old River Road, Andover, MA 01810. Mr. Appleton reviews the investments of the company and provides investment recommendations, devoting about two hours per month to these duties, all of which occur during trading hours.
