I am a shareholder in a dormant CPA firm, Johnson, Mattson & Wildman, PA. This firm stopped practicing in 2004 and never had nor does it currently have any involvement in the investment industry. The firm still exists solely so the three shareholders can share the cost of tax software resources. The firm has no revenue and the tax software expenditures are covered by contributions from the shareholders.
