I manage several rental properties under my own name. The business is not investment related. I opperate my Property Manager side-hussle alone from my home adress, 775 Topa Topa Ct., Ventura, CA, 93003. I am the sole owner/employee and have been doing Property Management work since 2017. Of the approx. 10 hours per month I spend managing property, nearly none of it is during market hours. As needed, I have spent time Property Managing during securites trading hours but these are rare occasions consisting of approx. 5 hours per year. My duties include contact negotiations with tenants, light repair work, coordinating tenant communications with owners, coordinating tenant payments, and coordinating maintenance services needed at the property.
