I am 50% owner, director, and responsible officer of Hong Kong based GFM Group Limited, an SFC Type 9 licensed asset management firm, and 100% owner of GFM Asset Management LLC, (CRD #283810), where I provide similar investment management and advisory services as I do under Manentia.
