Since 2019, Mr. Recker has been the owner of Atmos, LLC ("Atmos") located at 4439 Franklin Ave., Western Springs, IL 60558. Atmos is not an investment-related business. Atmos has a service agreement with Insight 2811, Inc. to maintain an off-site office location to bolster operational continuity and serve as a backup for limited contingency operations in the event of a natural disaster, government lockdown, or other business disruption. On a monthly basis, approximately 1-10 hours during non-trading hours are spent bookkeeping and maintaining the company's location.
