Previous rental property (house- only owner), 860 Brown Road S., Orono, MN 55391 placed in RR de Naray established LLC called Polar Star LLC in February 2022, then later sold and 1031 exchanged into new 9601 Polar Star LLC, which bought commerial building 9601 Granger Road, Garfield Heights, OH 44125, RR De Naray owns 100% of LLC, very limited duties as he hired a management company for the day to day, rental income compensation, duties are approximately 4 hours per month.
