From time to time I teach economics and finance as an adjunct instructor. Name and Address: Webster University, 470 E. Lockwood Ave, St. Louis, MO 63119 Nature of business: I teach classes in corporate finance and economics. Not investment related. My position is adjunct instructor. My duties are to prepare syllabi, teach the class, grade assignments/exams, and generally help students. I started teaching as adjunct in the summer semester of 2006. When I'm teaching a class, they meet once a week, in the evening, for 3 hours each week. I do not teach every semester. So, during semesters that I'm teaching, I would spend approximately 12 to 15 hours per month. Since the classes are in the evenings, I do not spend any hours on teaching during normal business hours.
