Ms. Kwan joined Ellevest, a SEC registered investment advisor, in March, 2015 as Chief Investment Officer and currently serves as its CEO. Her work at Ellevest is not expected to conflict with her obligations to SimplySmart and the firm's clients. Ms. Kwan also serves on the boards of the Lotus Campaign, a non-profit focused on housing driven solutions to homelessness and The Alternative & Direct Investment Securities Association (ADISA), a US industry association representing the alternatives investment industry.
