AS A SOLE PROPRIETOR OPERATING UNDER MY LEGAL NAME, I OWN/MANAGE RESIDENTIAL RENTAL PROPERTY, AND HAVE DONE SO SINCE 1986. IT TAKES APPROXIMATELY 2 HOURS PER MONTH OR LESS OF MY TIME, AND APPROXIMATELY 1 HOUR PER WEEK OR LESS DURING SECURITIES TRADING HOURS. DUTIES INCLUDE SCHEDULING MAINTENANCE, REVIEWING TENANTS, COLLECTING AND PROCESSING PAYMENTS, AND PREPARING FINANCIAL REPORTS. As a member of a limited liability companies I am a part owner of a commercial properties. It takes approximately 1 days during the year to attend management meetings, and these occur during trading hours in October of each year. As an Adjunct Faculty member of Columbia College of Missouri, 1001 Rogers St, Columbia, MO, I have been teaching undergraduate college courses in Finance at the Marysville and Oak Harbor campuses since January 2003. Columbia College is a not-for-profit, private educational institution that has a home campus in Columbia, MO and approximately 30 satellite campuses on military installations in the United States. The time spent per year on this activity varies from 32 to 160 hours per year, all of which is done at 5 PM or later, after normal business hours, so zero hours are worked during securities trading hours.
