OldSoul Music, LLC ("OSM") is an online reseller specializing in used and vintage music equipment, and it is not an investment-related business. OSM has no business relationship with VAM. OSM was established in July 2024, and from September 2025 through June 2026 operated at 814 E 9th St, Unit 19 Tucson, AZ 85719 (operating out of Unit 9 at the same address from July 2024 through September 2025). As of July 2026, inventory has been moved to Mr. Troche's residence in Portland, OR. Managing OSM requires less than 10 hours per month, spent primarily on bookkeeping and inventory management. These activities do not ordinarily take place during market hours and do not interfere with Mr. Troche's management of client accounts. OSM is not a material source of Mr. Troche's income. Mr. Troche has begun winding down OSM and intends to cease its operations by the end of Q3 2026.
