SINCE APRIL 1998, MR. ANDERSON HELD THE POSITION OF COURSE EVALUATOR FOR PORTFOLIO CONCEPTS, A PROVIDER OF PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT CURRICULUM FOR INVESTMENT ADVISERS, LOCATED IN MILWAUKEE, WISCONSIN. IN THIS ROLE, MR. ANDERSON IS RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING AND COMMENTING ON CANDIDATES FINAL CASE STUDIES. MR. ANDERSON DEVOTES APPROXIMATELY 12 HOURS PER MONTH TO THIS ROLE, NONE OF WHICH IS DURING SECURITIES TRADING HOURS.
