I am a minority owner of Gaiius Valerius Catullus LLC, a Delaware LLC ("Catullus"). It owns five houses and has a securities portfolio. My wife and I live in one of the houses; our daughters each live in another with their families. Catullus rents the other two houses. My wife, Francesca Kress, the majority owner of Catullus, manages the real estate business. I manage the securities portfolio. The address of Catullus is 179 Bellvale Lakes Road, Warwick, NY 10990. My wife and I formed Catullus in 1989, when it was a Delaware limited partnership. I spend about five hours a month on Investment activities, most of which are during securities trading hours. I am also the majority owner of the Mayberry Group, Inc., a California corporation ("MGI"). MGI is a holding company that owns 100% of the stock of Core Asset Management Company (CORE). It was formed in September 1986. It has no activities other than owning Core. I spend only a few hours per year dealing with MGI, dealing with corporate formalities, and its tax return.
