Since June 19, 2015, Mr. Warren has served as a Director of Pingree Associates, Inc., a timberland management company located at 112 Broadway, Bangor, ME 04401. Many clients of Loring, Wolcott & Coolidge hold stakes in Pingree Associates, and Mr. Warren is focused on protecting their interests. Mr. Warren spends a few hours a month attending meetings and relaying important developments to his clients, a portion of this work occurs during trading hours.
