*I am an independent insurance agent. I spend about 30% of my time toward sales and service of insurance products. I derive a portion of my income from insurance commissions sold to my advisory clients. I'm appointed with many different insurance carriers (Select Health, Blue Cross, Humana, Prudential, AIG, Guardian and the National Life Group). I am licensed to sell health, life, disability and P&C insurance. These activities may create a conflict of interest. I also spend about 20% of my time towards 401(k) administration, with Precision Planning Admin. I derive a portion of my income from administration fees and plan document fees for 401(k)'s and defined benefit plans. These activities may create a conflict of interest. I am also a licensed Real Estate Agent, appointed with ERA Brokers. I devote 3% of my time towards buying and selling of real estate.
