Financial Education and Economic Transformation Center (FEET Center) - As an independent contractor, I provide services to the Financial Education and Economic Transformation Center (FEET Center), a 501(c)(3), non profit organization. The FEET Center's activities are not investment-related, its an advocacy, education, and economic empowerment program(s) organization. Location is 2000 Arapahoe Street, Suite 104 Denver, CO 80205. My services include governance, administrative and operational duties in the capacity as a board member and Executive Director which I started January 1, 2003 to present. My services include up to 20 hours per week, mostly during non trading time after hours, about 2 hours during trading time. I provide organization over-site, planning and communications with stakeholders. 2.) City of Aurora's General Employees' Retirement Plan - Trustee for the City of Aurora's General Employees' Retirement Plan. As a volunteer, appointed by City Council (non compensation), I serve on the board providing assistance to the General Employees' Retirement Plan (GERP), a Defined Benefit, IRS qualified pension plan. GERP's activities are investment-related and includes asset allocation and investment over-site of pension assets (currently at $465 million) and benefits administration for approximately 2600 of the city's current and retired employees. GERP is located at 11200 East Iliff Avenue, Suite 108, Aurora, CO 80014. My volunteer activities include governance in the capacity as a trustee which I started January 1, 1994 to present. My services include up to 10 hours per month, mostly during non trading time after or before hours.
